I have built programs, nurtured teams, and expanded access to culturally rooted, trauma-informed care across the state. I’m known for heart-centered leadership and for creating spaces where clinicians and families feel seen, supported, and valued.I integrate trauma-informed care, narrative practices, emphasis on self-care, and cultural humility into my work. I believe healing happens in connection with ourselves, our ancestors, and our communities across the state of New Jersey.
